- Zoe left for Malawi on 25/6/03
and safely arrived in Lilongwe on 26/6/03.
E-mail received today:
- Shup, shup I say. I arrived here
safely and didnt get lost. It was actually a lot
of fun. I talked to many people. Angela,
Philanni boy, Macneil, Lynlle, all came to pick
me up. The journey home (from Lilongwe to
Blantyre) took a while and I was scared all the
way. I forgot how crazy the roads are over here!
Anyway I arrived safely at Yamikani to be
greeted by all the children. Most remembered me
which was a relief. Sang songs with the younger
children and the twins were very loud. They have
matured in looks but not grown much at
all.

William and all their friends for their generous
contributions to my Playground Appeal for the
Yamikani Orphanage, Malawi. A magnificent
£233 was raised at Joan's **th birthday Tea
Party/Rave. Here, as promised, are Pictures
